This course designed to educate individuals how to spot and create business opportunities and how to act upon those opportunities.

It will enable  them to create their own jobs or be able to work in management positions for any business big or small.

The structure of the course is as follows;

Week 1 - In this 6hr session the student will be taught the following; 

1. What is a entrepreneur and what is the Entrepreneur mindset. 
2. Techniques to spot trends & opportunities.
3. What are the different types of businesses. 
4. How to choose a business to start or buy.
5. Terms used in Business .

Week 2 Students will revise what was taught in week 1. 

Week 3 -In this session the student will be taught the following;

1. How to operate a import/export business for products and services.

Week 4 -In this session the student will be taught the following;

1.  How to operate a retail business for products and services.

Week 5 -In this session the student will be taught the following;

1. How to operate a manufacturing business for products and services.

Week 6 -In this session the student will be taught the following;

1. How to create and operate a business which Wholesales/Distributes Products or Services. 

Week 7- In this session the student will be taught how to make a business plan.

Weeks 8, 9- In these sessions the student will be taught the following;

1. How to find customers using old school and modern technologies
2. How to sell in person,
3. How to sell over the phone.
4. How to sell by email.
5. How to sell at trade shows.
6. How to use social media and Ai tech to make sales.

Weeks 10, 11- In these sessions the student will be taught the following;

1. -How to Design promotional material.
2. -How to Build an e-commerce website and promote it.
3. 
   

Weeks 12, 13 - In these sessions the student will be taught the following

1. How to interact with staff, bankers, lawyers, accountants, government officials, landlords.
2. How to register a business, prepare GST/PST,income & Balance sheet statements.

Weeks 14,15 - In these sessions the student will be made to revise all what has been taught in weeks 1 to 13.

Week 16- The student will be a given a exam to evaluate their ability to run their own business.

The exam will require the student to spot a opportunity , develop a plan and implement it.
